I've never seen a CAP reading above 100C. I doubt if you would see one that warm. Technically though, a cap is not a proper cap without CAPE, because you need positive buoyancy for the warm air to "cap" convection as such. Its just an inversion if the temperature line stays to the right of the TAPP line throughout the atmosphere.
