I need your advice please....let me explain
I have just put an application in to start Uni at Murdoch doing Climate Change Management.....its a bachelor degree 3 years full time, i can also do a double major in Environmental Science if i so wish to do so.
Anyway, apart from the fact im worried im not brainy enough to do this, i decided i had to follow my heart and just do it.......i HATE what i am doing at the moment, bit of a difference, Beauty Therapy and Climate Change, but i have to follow my dreams, and give it a try.... all i can do is try. Anyway, my second worry and the one im most concerned about, is, what kind of job will i be able to get afterwards??
I went on the BoM website and had a look at how to go about doing the training, its based in Melbourne, well, me and my husband dont want to move away, we have built a house and his folks are here, our lives are here........so it got me wondering, shit, what are my options as far as getting a job in Perth. Is it worth sacrificing 3 or more years doing a course that i want be able to get a job with at the end of it............
On the leaflet about the course it said how there is plenty of job opportunities and that i will enter a workforce with knowledge and skills that are in great demand and that career opportunities are available in the government, industry and community sectors............can anyone please elaborate on this??????????? Does this mean Perth? Lol im sorry im a bit thick and i really need some help................and who better to ask than you guys!!!
Any advice would be really, really appreciated, and ill make sure that when i host a weather meeting, the one after next, it will be lots of fun!!!!
The course is up on the Murdoch Uni website if anyone is interested, the code is MUSCC Climate Change Managment
Thanks everyone
